Before work starts, we consider surface condition, access, water supply, drainage, nearby people and vehicles, and any restrictions that could affect the work. Where the likely finish is uncertain, we aim to make that clear before the job proceeds.

Pressure, flow, equipment and cleaning techniques are selected around the material, condition and type of soiling rather than using one method for every surface.
